Builder Sales Automation (BSA) is an application that may be used and shared by many clients (Builders) and customers (actual property buyers). The application is to facilitate a customer to make informed and right choice in a totally transparent environment. This application frees the sales agent to carry, maintain and update the complex information of the new properties that are coming up with the builder.

Each step in the process of development of the builder is updated into a shared information pool which is then appropriated and presented to the end users of the application be it the builders personnel, it's supporting field staff, it's contractors or vendors and last but not the least the actual buyers of these properties, the Customers.
