Moreover, it is never a "direct" connection -- the piece of information travels through a number of dedicated hosts. At the same time there are billions of other pieces of data traveling in different directions. Consequently, the speed of the flow depends on the capacity of every host. Generally speaking, if the "highway" is too narrow to handle the "traffic", you get an effect similar to a traffic jam.

Each browser has its set of standards. These standards change from version to version, from platform to platform, and from release to release. There are certain codes that are the same on every Web Browser, but not enough to guarantee that your page will look exactly the same on every one of them. In most cases you can email images to Planet InfoSoft. You just need to watch out for the file size. If the original file is extremely large, then our system simply will not accept it. In fact, your own ISP might not like it. There have been cases where ISPs have disconnected accounts that continually send out huge email messages. We recommend emailing images only if they are less than 100 kilobytes in size.
